Sweden – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ramavtal avseende tekniska konsulttjänster - arkitekttjänster för ombyggnad

The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for ongoing needs of architectural services relating to the renovation of residential and commercial premises within the contracting authority's portfolio. The assignments may involve the consultant providing, for example, advice, inventory, investigation, as well as review and inspection. The estimated volume, for the entire contract period, amounts to 7 200 000 SEK excl. VAT. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with three (3) consultants, provided that so many tenders meet the specified requirements.
