The purchase of a "DIESEL EURO 6 TYPE AGR 200 MOTOR RAILCAR", in accordance with the specifications in the Terms of Reference. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
