France – Construction work – Marché global de performance pour la rénovation énergétique du lycée Blaise Pascal à Orsay (91)

The Lycée Blaise Pascal is located at 18-20 rue Alexandre Fleming in the commune of Orsay in the department of Essonne (91), adjacent to the Collège Alexandre Fleming. The establishment was built in 1960 for buildings A, C and D, in 1980 for building B, with a total useful surface area of 15,175 m². Buildings A, C and D were designed in the 1960s and share the same architectural style. Then, building E, housing two gymnasiums, was constructed in the 1980s. Building B differs from the other buildings in its architecture; it was constructed in 1992 and is connected to building A via a footbridge. In 1996, the entire Lycée Blaise Pascal was renovated. The lycée currently accommodates 1,335 students. The programme is presented in the contract notice.
