Poland – Construction work – Poprawa dostępu do świadczeń opieki psychiatrycznej przez rozbudowę oraz dostosowanie infrastruktury budowlanej i technicznej wraz z wyposażeniem dla Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego w SPS ZOZ w Lęborku

The subject of the contract is an investment task in the "design and build" formula entitled "Improving access to psychiatric care services through the expansion and adaptation of building and technical infrastructure along with equipment for the Psychiatric Health Centre in SPS ZOZ in Lębork". The investment has been divided into 3 tasks: TASK 1: Extension and reconstruction of the Psychiatry Ward (location – Lębork, ul. J. Węgrzynowicza 13, parcel 7, plot no. 243, main building of the Hospital, cadastral registration no. 1483, 1486, 1660); TASK 2: Expansion, extension and reconstruction of the Day Psychiatry Ward (location – Lębork, ul. Węgrzynowicza 13, parcel 7, plot no. 243, building of the Physiotherapy Department, cadastral registration no. 1663); TASK 3: Expansion, extension and reconstruction of the Mental Health Clinic with the Registration and Coordination Point and Environmental Treatment Teams of the Psychiatric Health Centre (location – Lębork, ul. S. Żeromskiego 9-10, parcel 11, plot no. 149/26). The detailed description of the subject of the contract is the Functional-User Programme constituting Annex no. 1 to the SWZ.
