Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI. The intention is to commission design services according to Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI. In connection with this procedure, the basic services of the performance phase 2 to 8 are to be awarded. Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28 - Renovation and extension in timber construction for the District Court Wangen: Accommodation and thus reorganisation of the District Court Wangen at one location. The measure includes the conversion and renovation of the existing building (built in 1838, no listed building) including the building services as well as the construction of an extension in timber construction with accommodation of public areas, such as courtrooms and waiting areas. The construction will be carried out during ongoing court operations. A cost estimate of approximately 10,175,908 € (cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN) is provided for the construction task. The construction planning is scheduled to start in 11/2026, and the construction implementation is scheduled from 09/2028 to 09/2031.
