1. The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia equipment for the organisational units of Gdańsk University of Technology. 2. The subject of the contract must be factory new, free of all defects and damages, complete, without prior use and may not be subject to the rights of third parties. 3. The contract has been divided into parts. 4. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 6 parts: PART I: Supply and installation of audio/video devices and accessories. PART II: Supply of lighting devices and accessories. PART III: Supply and installation of audiovisual devices. PART IV: Supply of visual devices. PART V: Supply of a front projector. PART VI: Supply of photographic accessories. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in annexes 5.1 – 5.6 to the SWZ.
