The public local interest service for the administration of public parking in the municipality of Timișoara - TIMPARK has the role of administering and operating all parking spaces included in the area of application of the "Regulation for the operation of the system of parking of motor vehicles in the Municipality of Timișoara - TimPark", carrying out its activity on the basis of this Regulation. Users of the TimPark parking system have the possibility to pay for parking, in addition to the subscription method and through mobile telephony. Payment for parking through mobile telephony can be made in three ways: a) Per-minute charging (pre-pay) based on voucher and telephone call. The per-minute parking payment rates are different for each tariff zone, corresponding to the approved hourly rate. b) Per-hour charging based on SMS. The per-hour parking payment rates are different for each tariff zone, corresponding to the approved hourly rate. c) Charging through a bank card, an operation that can be carried out online, through an application. Through the present framework agreement, it is intended to purchase complete payment services for parking on public domain in the Municipality of Timișoara, for the users of the parking system SPAPP - TimPark in the conditions of using mobile telephony charging in three forms of payment: vouchers (pre-payment), micropayments (SMS) and bank card.
