The subject of the contract is the upgrade of the central Data Storage System (SAD) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). The enhancement of the Information Technology infrastructure is a necessary prerequisite for supporting: • equal access to education for people with disabilities and special educational needs • distance learning, e-learning and lifelong learning without exclusions, generally enhancing the University's digital readiness. The upgrade of the central SAD of the AUTH is necessary in order for the University's digital infrastructure to reliably respond to the significant increase in load caused by distance and hybrid learning. The items to be supplied are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: • 30200000-1: Computer equipment and supplies. Bids may be submitted for all items of the contract. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 323.000,00€ excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 400.520,00€). The duration of the contract is six months.
