GMH | Building Management Hamburg GmbH is a partner for the management of municipal properties in Hamburg. GMH builds, renovates and manages school buildings in the south of Hamburg, develops and implements municipal buildings for the city of Hamburg and works closely with the University of Hamburg and the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) in the field of university construction. The campus of the HAW Hamburg at Berliner Tor is to be modernised and further developed in its entirety. In this context, GMH is carrying out the conversion of the school at the Wallstraße 2 (Lämmermarkt) site in Hamburg on behalf of the Authority for Science, Research and Equality (BWFG).
