Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu patentgeschützten Wirkstoffen-VV90

Section 130a (8) SGB V allows health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for the medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as the Society for Economy and Quality with KK according to Section 130a (8) sentence 5 SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB is carried out by the GWQ ServicePlus AG. The contract start date is 01.07.2026.
