Germany – Technical services – Dynamisches Beschaffungssystem für die Aufnahme technischer bzw. baulicher Anlagen von deutschlandweit befindlichen Bestandsobjekten der Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH und weiterer Konzern- und Tochtergesellschaften (vgl. weiter gem. Anhang Liste Auftraggeber)

Berlinovo intends to procure, within this Dynamic Purchasing System, services for the recording of technical or structural systems of existing properties of Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH and other group and subsidiary companies located throughout Germany. This involves services for the "Measurement and mass data acquisition of technical and structural systems" for over 60 commercial properties. Berlinovo intends to place orders separately. The announced number of properties is an estimate that can vary significantly upwards or downwards. Berlinovo is not obliged to order individual or all services. A claim for remuneration only arises through concrete orders with concrete services in individual cases. The Dynamic Purchasing System will proceed as described in § 22 ff. VgV (General Outline):

• Invitation to submit applications for participation

Market participants are entitled to submit applications for participation at any time during the Dynamic Purchasing System. However, Berlinovo is only entitled to make calls from the Dynamic Purchasing System 30 calendar days after publication. Berlinovo will review the applications for participation and admit the applicants depending on the result of the suitability check. Berlinovo will inform the applicants immediately of the result of the check. Berlinovo can only consider the respective participants in the Dynamic Purchasing System for the invitation to submit a tender after a positive check of their suitability. Market participants are therefore advised to participate in the Dynamic Purchasing System at an early stage with an application for participation.

• Request for tenders

Berlinovo may invite participants in the Dynamic Purchasing System to submit a tender at any time. The specifications (in particular deadlines) and award criteria published in the respective invitation to tender are binding for the respective invitation. Berlinovo will evaluate the tenders received within the framework of the Dynamic Purchasing System according to the award criteria published in the invitation to tender. In addition to the evaluation according to price, Berlinovo reserves the right to also evaluate the tenders according to qualitative criteria (e.g. project team and/or concepts). The submission of an application for participation/joining of new participants in the Dynamic Purchasing System is generally always possible during the term of the Dynamic Purchasing System. The submission of tenders is at the discretion of the participants in the Dynamic Purchasing System. Further information on the Dynamic Purchasing System can be found in §§ 22 ff. VgV.
