The subject of the contract is planning services for the new construction of the Tiberbach stormwater overflow tank for the service images of civil engineering structures (performance phase 1 – 9, HOAI 2021), structural design (performance phase 1 – 6, HOAI 2021), and technical equipment (performance phase 1 – 9, HOAI 2021). The Dülmen-Tiberbach stormwater overflow tank is part of the combined sewer system of the Dülmen wastewater treatment plant. The existing structure is designed as a circular tank with a storage volume of approximately 2,400 m³. Water management investigations have shown that the existing facility requires both structural renovation and adaptation of the required storage volume to the current requirements of combined sewer treatment. The measure includes the planning of a new stormwater overflow tank with a storage volume of approximately 3,500 m³. The new structure is to be constructed south of the existing stormwater overflow tank as a rectangular tank. Furthermore, the necessary adaptations of the inflow and outflow systems, the planning of a new separating structure with integrated screening system, the creation of a new discharge point for the treatment plant overflow, as well as the planning and construction of the necessary flushing weirs are to be taken into account. With the separating structure, inflow line and distribution chamber, the volume is to increase to a total of V = 3,700 m³. In addition, the integration of the new stormwater overflow tank including the associated plant technology into the virtual process control system (vPLS) of EGLV is to be planned. The demolition of the old stormwater overflow tank is also to be planned.
