Romania – License management software package – Achiziție licențe: Licențe uzuale (Lot 1); Licențe antivirus (Lot 2), Licențe web-site (Lot 3), Licențe/suport echipamente securizare și monitorizare conexiuni utilizatori cu drepturi ridicate (Lot 4)

The procurement concerns the supply of subscriptions/licences necessary to be installed on the equipment provided. The following shall be procured:

1. Lot 1: Standard licences

2. Lot 2: Antivirus licences

3. Lot 3: Website licences

4. Lot 4: Licences/support for equipment securing and monitoring user connections with elevated rights

Clarifications:

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders: 21 days

NOTE: According to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, to the extent that clarifications are requested in a timely manner, the response of the contracting authority to these requests will be published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of candidatures/tenders (see the deadlines in the public participation notice published in SEAP). The consolidated response to the clarifications transmitted by the economic operators will be published in S.E.A.P. at the address www.e-licitatie.ro, without revealing the identity of the person who requested the clarifications. Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
