This consultation is conducted in accordance with Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code of 1st April 2019. The present Asbestos Assistance to the Project Owner (AMO) contract aims to assist PARTENORD HABITAT in the rehabilitation operation of 48 collective housing units located in Houplines, avenue Georges Baert. This is a technical assistance mission for the Project Owner in managing asbestos treatment, which cannot be assimilated to a mission of Project Supervision, asbestos diagnostician, or technical controller according to the Spinetta Law of 4 January 1978. The contract is a services contract awarded at a lump sum. Prices are reviewable according to the modalities indicated in the AE-CCP. The services are subject to a single tranche. The estimated duration of 50 months indicated in this notice includes the study, work, and one-year perfect completion guarantee phases. The estimated start date for the execution of the services is December 2026. The estimated start date for the execution of the works is set for the third quarter of 2028. The estimated works budget is 3,883,748.00 euros (excl. VAT). The works will be carried out in an occupied environment. Variations are not allowed.
