The subject of the procurement is the design, manufacture and supply of up to 113 low-floor tram vehicles, plus long-term spare parts supply. The acceptance of 69 low-floor vehicle units is mandatory (minimum acceptance quantity). The procurement of up to 44 additional vehicle units will be made through a framework agreement, subject to demand and pending the financing of the additional vehicle units, which is not yet secured at this time.
