Norway – Water transport services – The procurement of ferry services Mobility Sea 2029 Group 1 - Qualification phase.

AtB AS (the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to participate in a negotiated procedure for the operation of ferry services in Trøndelag. The procurement is divided into the following sub-contracts: Route 880 Flakk – RørvikRute 870 Brekstad – Valset Separate contracts will be signed for each Route based on separate evaluations for each contract, also in cases where it is the same Tenderer who has won several contracts. Start up of operations from: - 01.01.2030 for Flakk-Rørvik and- 01.01.2030 for Brekstad-Valset Duration: Contract length of the contracts is not yet determined in advance by the Contracting Authority. Tenderers can choose to base their tender on a contract length of either 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 years for each route, calculated from the time the Scheduled Routes start.
