Delivery of reagents and consumables for the integrated clinical chemistry and immunoassay system Atellica CI 1900 in the Clinical Laboratory. The reagents/consumables required to ensure the operation of the device are detailed by type and forecast quantity in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the tender documentation. Participants offer all nomenclatures included in the subject of the tender. In case a participant does not offer one or more nomenclatures, they will be excluded from the procedure. If a participant offers one or more nomenclatures, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Beneficiary, it is considered that the completeness has not been complied with and the participant will be excluded from the procedure. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are forecast and do not bind the Beneficiary to declare and purchase them in full. During the execution of the contract, the Beneficiary has the right to change the quantities indicated in the specification, in accordance with their needs, including to refuse the delivery of certain nomenclatures, as well as to declare new types, which are not included in the specification, but are in the execution of the subject of the public procurement. By "new types" are meant: upon cessation of production and/or import, equivalent of the types of reagents/consumables included in the specification under the contract. The requirements that the reagents/consumables must meet are indicated in the Technical Specification and in the documentation.
