Belgium – Sports facilities operation services – Patrimoine communal - Infrastructures sportive, sis Boulevard Henri Rolin n°5B-1 (Waterloo Tennis) - Mise en concession de services des infrastructures sportives, de tennis, de padel et Horeca pour une durée de 30 années

The contract concerns the concession for the occupation and operation, for a period of thirty (30) years, of the sports facilities of the Municipality of Waterloo as defined by the present tender specifications, including in particular the tennis and padel facilities as well as the related HORECA activities. The concessionaire assumes the real operating risk related, in particular, to the level of use of the facilities, to sports and HORECA revenues, to operating costs, to investments and to the renewal of equipment. No minimum level of turnover or result is guaranteed by the Municipality. The conditions and modalities for the execution of the concession are detailed in the "concession conditions", which are an integral part of the present tender specifications. In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of 17 June 2016 relating to concession contracts, the estimated value of the present concession is set at 36,000,000 EUR VAT Excluded. This estimate corresponds to the total estimated turnover of the concessionaire during the duration of the concession, calculated on the basis of the forecast revenues from sports activities, subscriptions, rentals, courses, events, HORECA activities and other ancillary activities authorised. The value of the concession has been estimated on the basis of the known elements on the current operation, by taking an average of the annual turnover over the 3 last completed financial years, amount then multiplied by the duration of the concession. Place of execution of the concession: The services will be performed within the sports facilities located Boulevard Henri Rolin n° 5 B-1, to 1410 Waterloo, currently cadastrally registered section A number 0373DP0000, subject to verification and confirmation of the police number.
