Sansia Oy is establishing a dynamic procurement system through which disinfectants and related supplies for use in healthcare will be procured on a per-customer basis. This is a call for participation in a procurement procedure. Through the dynamic procurement system (DPS), disinfectants and related supplies suitable for use in healthcare will be procured, such as: - healthcare disinfectants and wipes - surface disinfectants and cloths for use in healthcare facilities and by professionals - hand sanitizers and other hand hygiene products for use in healthcare - equipment cleaning and disinfecting agents and related supplies - pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanroom products, such as nutrient solutions, cleanroom clothing, cleanroom detergents, and cleanroom wipes, etc. The products subject to this procurement can be used in various different contexts and healthcare specialties. Sansia Oy reserves the right to procure, through the dynamic procurement system, other disinfectants and related supplies suitable for use in healthcare, in addition to those mentioned above. All of Sansia's owner-customers (up-to-date list https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html) may use this dynamic procurement system. Suppliers may apply to participate in the system for the entire duration of the system by submitting an application for participation. A candidate may submit an application for participation in the system, even if not all of the product groups listed above as examples are included in the candidate's product range. Applying to participate in the system does not automatically mean participating in procurements. Only candidates accepted into the system have the right to submit tenders in the procurement phase. The requirements, descriptions, and other documents specific to the procurement contract are available to suppliers accepted into the dynamic system at the time the call for competition is opened. No tender may be submitted for contracts that are already in force, i.e. procurements that have already been competed, until the call for competition is reopened. The products to be competed, the minimum requirements set for the products, and other minimum requirements and conditions related to the subject of the procurement, as well as the customers, are always defined separately according to the needs of the moment in each call for tenders within the procurement system. The dynamic procurement system ends on 30.4.2036.
