The GIE LogiRep-Logistic is responsible for managing the procurement and execution of the present contract, on its own behalf and on behalf of and for the account of all the entities of the Polylogis Group, whether legally linked or owned, and more broadly for the account of whoever it may concern, in accordance with its social object. The entities legally linked to or owned by the Polylogis Group include: LogiRep, Trois Moulins Habitat, LogiOuest, Scalis, LogiRys, LogiCap Ile-de-France, LogiCap Normandie, LogiH, LogiH Normandie, CITAME, LogiRep Logistic, Solilogis, La thoisseyenne, AuxR Logis, Up Factor. The contract is for: - The implementation, operation, maintenance and evolution of converged fixed and mobile telephony services, including subscriptions, communications, technical platforms and associated services; - The supply and repair of mobile terminals. In view of its obligations and in order to optimize the costs of these telecommunications, the contracting authority is looking for suppliers who will enable it to achieve, among other things, the following three objectives: - A high level of service quality; - Control of telecommunications expenditure; - A guarantee of economic sustainability and financial soundness. This is a framework agreement with order forms and mixed pricing (unit prices and lump sum) for Lot 1 and unit pricing for Lot 2.
