The subject of the order is: 1 the provision of databases from continuous measurement of television audience in the entire territory of the Republic of Poland, on a panel representative in terms of socio-demographic characteristics of households with television receivers ("home viewing") and a panel of individuals in terms of television viewing in situations outside the home ("out-of-home viewing"); 2 the provision of databases from television audience measurement being a measure of actual (factual) television viewing by members of households with a television receiver in the Republic of Poland, and in the scope of data obtained by the Contractor, taking into account the reduction in the viewability of linear ads as a result of signal splitting of programs for the purpose of applying ads in DAI technology; 3 the provision of databases from minute-by-minute measurement of video content viewership delivered to households in the Republic of Poland in the form of streaming via broadband Internet access at the level of brands/players and at the level of ownership groups; 4 the provision of multi-module software necessary for using the databases referred to in points 1-3 above – hereinafter referred to as the "Software" – allowing access to the following data: 4.1 home viewing research results, 4.2 out-of-home viewing research results, 4.3 fusion of home and out-of-home viewing research results, at the positions indicated by the Purchaser.
