Germany – Polluted soil removal services – Rahmenvereinbarung Bodenaushubentsorgung sowie Betriebsführung Zwischenlagerfläche

The works will be awarded as a framework contract with a duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. Excavated soil and asphalt rubble from construction works of REWAG, the Regensburg Public Works Department or third parties must be disposed of properly. The contracted construction companies deliver the removed material to the interim storage area at Kremser Straße at Hs.nr. 12, Regensburg. If the construction site is sufficiently large, the material will be stored on the construction site. Storage is carried out in separate piles (at least one pile per construction project). For small-scale measures such as house connections and disruptions, collective piles are formed. For asphalt rubble, the contractor must provide a sufficient number of containers on the construction site if a quick test by the subcontractor of the awarding entity indicates the presence of bituminous components. The management of the interim storage area is carried out by REWAG in cooperation with the City of Regensburg, hereinafter referred to as the awarding entity. However, the contractor is to support the operation significantly. If no further material is generated during a construction project or the maximum pile size of approximately 500m³ is reached, the awarding entity will notify the sampler. After the analysis and classification, the contractor will be commissioned. Within 10 working days of receiving the analysis, the corresponding pile must be removed from the interim storage area or the construction site. The travel costs to the construction sites or the interim storage area are to be included in the unit prices. The construction sites are located in the city area of Regensburg and the supply area of REWAG (see annex).
