Finland – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut DPS

North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the services described in this invitation to participate for the needs of Pohde. The contracting entity will tender the procurements through separate internal tenders within the DPS, to which suppliers approved for the system may participate. The contracting entity will approve all candidates who have submitted an application for participation and meet the suitability requirements set for the candidates. The subject of the procurement is property maintenance services for properties owned and managed by Pohde. Future procurements may be directed to any location within the wellbeing services county area. Property maintenance services include, for example, - Maintenance and inspections of technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, automation) - Upkeep of structures and surfaces - Maintenance of outdoor areas (snow removal, gritting, green area maintenance) - Other tasks related to property maintenance. The first internal tender will be published approximately in early 2026. The contracting entity has the right to procure services outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example, through separate tenders, direct procurements, or based on existing agreements. The dynamic purchasing system will be in effect until 31.1.2036, unless otherwise notified by a separate announcement. The use of electronic auction in internal tenders is possible.
