France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – MAINTENANCE DES SYSTEMES DE SECURITE INCENDIE (SSI) DES SITES TERTIAIRES DU GROUPE EDF

The subject of the contract concerns maintenance services for fire safety systems at tertiary and semi-industrial sites, excluding nuclear power plants, owned or leased by the EDF Group and/or its subsidiaries. This contract is part of a global procurement strategy for the Group. The expected services are the preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance of SSI, as defined by the applicable regulations and contractual documents. The services include, in particular: - preventive maintenance - corrective maintenance - advice, assistance and reporting - documentary and IT (GMAO, etc.) updates. The services apply to all equipment constituting the SSI, including in particular: - Control and command centres and equipment - Automatic fire detectors - Manual triggers - Safety-activated devices (DAS) - Alarm equipment - Associated communication networks - Any additional equipment declared in the Technical Specifications. One Lot is planned: the metropolitan French territory. The contract will be a Group contract, for EDF SA and its subsidiaries. EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and on behalf of the subsidiaries identified in May 2026, which are: • ENEDIS (Tertiary and technical sites including Source Stations) • EDVANCE • ELECTRICITE DE STRASBOURG • ARABELLE SOLUTIONS • HYDROSTADIUM • PROTERTIA. The planned contract duration is 4 years firm and 4 options of 1 year each. The contract start date is planned from 01/12/2026 (tentative date). A pre-exploitation phase is possible for a duration of 3 months.
