France – Engineering studies – RÉALISATION D'UN SCHÉMA DIRECTEUR INTERCOMMUNAL D'ASSAINISSEMENT

This study has several objectives: 1- To update the Sewerage Master Plans of the municipalities where the regulatory deadline of 10 years has been exceeded or is approaching. 2- In parallel, it will be necessary to review the current Sewerage Master Plans of the other municipalities in the territory, to assess the operations already carried out and those in progress. 3- In a second phase, once the master plans over 10 years old have been updated according to objective 1, it will be a matter of using the prioritisation method chosen during the mission of objective 2 and to produce a single Master Plan. 4- Finally, the last mission will concern the financial aspects of the service. The selected study office must present the impacts of the investments chosen by the previous phase on the sewerage prices borne by the users and propose a method of harmonising prices on the scale of the intercommunal territory according to a schedule allowing to respect the 'reasonable' deadlines required by the regulation.
