At Fritzlar Primary School, a new building section is required for capacity reasons within the framework of full-day care. A freestanding building for full-day care is to be erected on a designated construction site on a slope. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. The extremely cramped space requires a detailed construction site logistics plan, which must not affect the ongoing school operations. The external facilities and the equipment are to be handled by the project planner. A feasibility study is already available for the planned extension (see plans in Annex 02). The room concept and the floor plan have already been coordinated with the future users, and it is planned to implement the design of the feasibility study. The following specialist planners will be involved: Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, Structural Engineering, Fire Protection, and possibly others as required.
