France – Survey conduction services – MESURE DU TAUX DE FRAUDE POUR LES RESEAUX DE LA RATP

This notice aims to establish a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 3,300,000 €, multi-beneficiary, divided into lots. It aims to define the conditions for carrying out services related to the design and implementation of measures to estimate fraud on its Metro and RER lines once a year or every two years (Lot 1) and an annual measurement of the fraud rate on the Tramway network (Lot 2) operated by the RATP. The measurement of the fraud rate is carried out through surveys and counts carried out directly in the RER, Metro or Tramway. These survey campaigns are carried out in three stages: - The preparation and design of the measurement - The collection of data - The processing, analysis and reporting of the data. Each of the lots will be awarded to 1 contractor. The start of the services is scheduled for 1 January 2027.
