The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 23 months with a maximum of 3 (three) economic operators ranked in order of the score obtained, in the event that there are three economic operators declared admissible (meet the conditions requested according to the award documents). In the event that there are not at least three economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with all qualified economic operators, in order of the score obtained. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
