The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, is tendering the renovation of the Aschheim-Zondek-Haus (AZH). The Aschheim-Zondek-Haus, built in 1837 by the architect Ludwig Ferdinand Hesse as the "Pockenhaus", is located in the northern part of the Charité Campus Mitte. It is the oldest surviving building of the Charité. It is listed as an individual monument in the Berlin monument list. The Aschheim-Zondek-Haus is currently used as a research building with laboratories and offices of the Institutes of Neuropathology and Neurosurgery. The building is in urgent need of renovation and is to be extensively renovated. The subject of the tendered works are the following services: carpentry work, 4 fixed installations multifunctional furniture composed of various elements: 1x kitchenette 3x bench 1x lockers 1x standing table with lockers 1x sideboard with base cabinet and 1x kitchenette 2x sideboard 2x sideboard with lockers and base cabinet 2x ramp construction 4x acoustic wall cladding of "Telefonzellen" There are separate requirements under the Berlin Tendering and Procurement Act (BerlAVG), see tender documents.
