This publication concerns only a call for candidates. The tender dossier (including, in particular, the special conditions of the tender, the special administrative clauses and the special technical clauses) will be sent only to the selected candidates after examination of the applications. The services mainly consist of the implementation of so-called "high water" campaigns at the end of the winter period and a so-called "low water" campaign after the summer period. These campaigns cover the control of the quality of groundwater and surface water, industrial waters discharged into the natural environment after passing through treatment bodies or facilities, and, incidentally, meteorological waters contained in storm or retention basins. A quadrennial report can be produced at the request of the buyer. The details of the expected requirements are set out in Article 4 of the tender regulations (RC).
