The subject of the public procurement is the ongoing and repeated supply of sterile surgical sets – gowns and accessories, which will be implemented on the basis of individual orders according to the needs of the contracting authority. The delivered surgical gowns and other materials specified in the tender documentation are intended for the operating theatres of the contracting authority and must meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices, Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, Act No. 22/1997 Coll. on technical requirements for products and other applicable regulations.
