France – Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment – ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE RELATIF A LA VÉRIFICATION PRÉVENTIVE ET A LA MAINTENANCE CORRECTIVE DES ÉQUIPEMENTS DE SÉCURITÉ INCENDIE PRÉSENTS DANS LES IMMEUBLES D'HABITAT COLLECTIF, LES BÂTIMENTS ADMINISTRATIFS ET LES ÉTABLISSEMENTS RECEVANT DU PUBLIC DE PARTENORD LE GROUPE

This consultation is a single-award framework agreement with order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code of 1st April 2019. The framework agreement covers services related to the preventive inspection and corrective maintenance of fire prevention and safety equipment in collective housing buildings, administrative buildings and public reception buildings of PARTENORD LE GROUPE. The services are divided into 5 lots, determined by geographical sectors. Each lot will result in a separate single-award framework agreement with order forms, concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months from 1st January 2027 and tacitly renewable three (3) times twelve (12) months, i.e. until 31st December 2030; the framework agreement may not exceed 48 months. The contracts are awarded on a unit price basis and are concluded without a minimum order amount and with a maximum annual amount for each lot, mentioned in the lot description section. In accordance with Article 2112-2 of the CCP, lots No. 1, 2 and 4 of this consultation include a social inclusion action through economic activity. Variations are not allowed.
