It should meet the current and future needs of the school facilities and the needs of the users. Furthermore, the developed volume of the day care centre should meet the requirements of a six-group day care centre. The sum of the usable areas to be planned is approximately 26,500 m². The construction costs for cost groups 300-500 are approximately 139 million euros gross. The subject of the competition is the project planning for buildings and interiors for the school buildings, day care centre and the school sports hall, as well as the project planning for outdoor facilities for the outdoor areas. The competition is considered and evaluated as a joint and networked work in the interior and exterior. A public green space for the use of the entire district is also planned on the competition site. All topics related to sustainability are of fundamental importance to the client.
