The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the Sloka wastewater treatment facilities to enhance operational efficiency. The works include design, construction and testing, supervision and defect rectification. The construction is planned in accordance with the conditions of the Yellow Book of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) "Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for Electrical and Mechanical Works, Construction and Engineering Works, designed by the Employer", 1999 edition (FIDIC Yellow Book), in accordance with the technical specification (Appendix A).
