The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate agreements in accordance with § 130a, paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) in question, within the framework of a so-called "Open-House procedure". With the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the possibility to conclude or join a rebate agreement in accordance with § 130a, paragraph 8 SGB V for the active substance(s) named in the invitation to tender.
