Poland – Repair and maintenance services of rolling stock – REMONT TRAMWAJU TECHNICZNEGO TYPU KONSTAL 4N (TZW. ODŚNIEŻARKA TOROWA)

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the repair of one technical tram of the Konstal 4N type (so-called track snowplough). 2. The contract includes in particular: 1) General requirements: a) strengthening selected elements of the tram's load-bearing structure; b) adapting the tram's bogies and suspension to the changed mass (characteristics of the tram) to new operating parameters; c) repairing the external bodywork including the roof; d) installing new tram ends according to the N8C type tram (bidirectional vehicle); e) installing driver's cabs (two cabs); f) replacing the tram's traction motors with asynchronous motors; g) installing a combined traction inverter; h) installing a static converter; i) manufacturing new wheel sets; j) installing new or regenerated tram gearboxes, using gearboxes from the N8C type tram; k) installing new wheel rims; l) carrying out a new low and high voltage electrical installation; m) regenerating or replacing the current collector; n) installing modern safety devices and safety systems; o) optimizing operating parameters; p) replacing wagon couplings; q) replacing the tram's lighting with LED technology, both externally and internally; r) installing devices and installations serving hydraulic cleaning devices (track brushes).
