The subject of the contract is the purchase of heavy goods vehicles in category N3G including accessories: 1x vehicle category N3G 6x6 - 3-sided tipper / spreader with hydraulic arm, snow plough + accessories according to specification see Annex 1a 2x vehicle category N3G 6x6 - hook loader / rear tipper / spreader + snow plough + accessories according to specification see Annex 1b + additional interchangeable multifunctional accessories for these vehicles - cross sweeper, tank /cisterna/ for liquid with water pump with system for use on hook loaders, hook on arm, rotor, scraper, pallet forks, chains, basket for 2 people, spare parts, consumables, safety and communication equipment / see Annex 1c

The vehicle category N3G 6x6 in the version of the 3-sided tipper with hydraulic arm will be used in the summer season mainly for construction purposes for supplying buildings with material and distributing construction machinery. As secondary activities, it will ensure the cleaning of communications directly on the construction site or in adjacent areas in case of their contamination. Secondly, it will be used for routine cleaning of communications after winter maintenance and during the rest of the summer season, for the removal of wood, roots, biomass and various types of sanitation work. At the same time, it will be used as a transport vehicle for the transport of liquids in IBC containers /water or brine in the winter season/ and for watering and cleaning road communications, culverts and road and off-road infrastructure in the summer period, watering newly planted and maintained greenery under the management of ScBsk, mainly in the annual periods when these investments suffer from a high lack of moisture. This activity will be ensured using a multifunctional tank for liquid equipped with a pump. At the same time, this device will be usable on all vehicles of the hook loader type and already existing vehicles that ScBsk has in management and which have the appropriate configuration and connections. The vehicle will be intended for towing a semi-trailer with a total weight of 19 tons, intended for the transport of construction machinery. In the winter period, it will primarily perform the role of winter maintenance of roads using the spreading superstructure and snow plough. Due to the technical specification and requirements for the hydraulic arm and at the same time the requirements for the spreading superstructure, the contractor requires a vehicle with increased load capacity and rigidity of the structure, to which increased attention must be paid in its definition and selection. The public contractor further requires two units of vehicle category N3G 6x6 in the version of the hook loader superstructure with an additional single-sided tipper superstructure with another separate superstructure intended for loading with a hook loader - spreader + snow plough for winter road maintenance. The vehicles will be used in the summer season mainly for construction purposes for supplying buildings with material and distributing construction machinery. The vehicles will also be intended for towing a semi-trailer with a total weight of 19 tons, intended for the transport of construction machinery, or other trailers that the company has in management and use. In the winter period, they will primarily perform the role of winter maintenance of roads using the spreading superstructure and snow plough. All vehicles are designed as carriers of interchangeable superstructures with mutual compatibility. ScBsk will have in the future containers for liquidation, collection and transport of various materials and biomass, which will be procured in the version for hook loader and thus achieve high usability, universality and compatibility of all procured vehicles and at the same time superstructures with the expectation of high economic, logistical and ecological benefit. With all vehicles, the contractor places great emphasis on the possibility of using modern technologies in the field of winter maintenance, where it is mainly about the ecological use of spreading materials in the most effective way possible with the aim of excluding their any overuse. For this, it is necessary to use the latest modern possibilities of controlling the pattern and quantity of spreading through pre-programmed routes with the variability of the spreading pattern in relation to the current GPS position and possible use of data from weather stations, weather sensors on the vehicles themselves as well as predictive weather mathematical forecasting models in cooperation with central dispatching and centralised management of winter maintenance. When using these modern technologies and procedures, we expect a significant saving in the area of operational costs in the purchase of spreading materials and, last but not least, an increase in safety at work, when we significantly reduce the workload of the vehicle crew and also any human error.
