The contract covers a complete commitment for the performance and functions in the form of supervision and management, as well as to some extent fault rectification maintenance, of the air handling systems in the entire housing company's property portfolio. The assignment may also include technical support and measures regarding planned maintenance. The agreement will be linked to "ABFF 15 – General terms and conditions for contracts within property management and service".
