The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance combination Oxycodon and Naloxon (ATC: N02AA55) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a rebate contract in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has fully completed and signed the requested participation documents.
