Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – Динамична система за покупки на обичайно използвани лекарствени продукти за нуждите на „Комплексен онкологичен център – Пловдив” ЕООД”

Within the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) public contracts will be awarded for the supply of commonly used medicinal products for the needs of “Complex Oncology Centre – Plovdiv” EOOD, including medicinal products listed in Appendix No. 2 of the Positive Drug List, as well as medicinal products not included in the PDL, with the contracts aiming to cover the operational needs of medical units, established and functioning within the healthcare facility. The Dynamic Purchasing System is not divided into categories – it includes medicinal products, the distribution and trading conditions of which are regulated by the Law on Medicinal Products for Human Use, for which uniform criteria for selection of participants and equal essential conditions of delivery will be applied. The nature and forecasted quantity of deliveries are described through the subjects and technical specifications of the public contracts with the same subject, awarded by “Complex Oncology Centre – Plovdiv” EOOD in the period 2023 – 2025. The technical specifications of the said public contract awards, including the types of medicinal products, characteristics and quantities for certain periods, should be considered as annexed to this by reference to the internet addresses of the electronic files of the procedures under the PPA in the participation documentation.
