The contract concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the specified risks below, through an open tender procedure in accordance with Articles R2161-1 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code:

Lot No. 1 - PROPERTY DAMAGE (CPV No. 66515200-5)

Lot No. 2 - PUBLIC LIABILITY (CPV No. 66516000-0)

Lot No. 3 - VEHICLE FLEET (CPV No. 66514110-0)

Lot No. 4 - CYBER RISKS (CPV 66515411-7)

Each candidate may freely submit a bid for one lot, several lots, or all lots. Each of these lots may be awarded together or separately. It is also specified that, for Lot 2, the authority acts on its own behalf and as a coordinator on behalf of the CIAS, an autonomous establishment within the framework of a purchasing group set up in accordance with Articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code; it is agreed that each of the members of the group will award a separate contract to the successful tenderer selected by the coordinator.
