We are looking for a service provider to conduct a childcare waiting times study 2026-2030. The aim of this assignment is to monitor waiting times in childcare in European Netherlands and Caribbean Netherlands and to report on this annually. By monitoring, we mean tracking trends in waiting times and interpreting these trends. This monitoring provides insight into figures (quantitative) on the one hand, and provides further explanation (qualitative) on the other. The following question is central to this assignment: How will waiting times in daycare (KDV), foster care (GOO) and out-of-school care (BSO) develop in the years 2026 to 2030 and how do different variables influence these waiting times? Based in part on the experience figures from previous years and the current need, the scope of the assignment has been estimated. The estimated value of the assignment is €450,000 exclusive of VAT.
