From September 2026, ProRail intends to extend the framework list methodology 'Conservation Works Steel Bridges' for negotiated procurements of the business units within ProRail. The methodology is briefly outlined in the attached letter, including annexes. The call for the framework lists will be made at European level so that the projects under the framework lists can be used for cross-border interest. See attached documents.
