1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-sectoral project documentation, including the provision of authorial supervision over the documentation, and the execution of a Quaternary reconstruction of well no. 5c at the Grodzisko water intake, by executing a new replacement opening 5e and eliminating the existing opening. 2. The subject of the order shall be executed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, which is Annex no. 9 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the contract project contained in Annex no. 10 to the SWZ.
