France – Engineering services – Mécanisation des stations de métro - Mission de maitrise d'oeuvre

RATPFrancePublished on Apr 26, 2026
No deadline given

Description

This consultation is part of the project to mechanise stations. This project aims to meet travellers' expectations in terms of reducing journey efforts (increasing the number of slopes, an aging population, etc.). Indeed, the RATP has decided to continue its station mechanisation programme, which involves creating or transforming access to existing stations on the metropolitan network by equipping them with escalators. The resumption of mechanisation meets several expectations:

- Reduction of the arduousness of journeys in metro spaces;

- Improvement of network accessibility, particularly for various categories of PMR: people accompanied by children, people carrying luggage or bulky items, elderly people, pregnant women, etc.;

- Improvement of the company's image and the service provided;

- Raising the level of comfort of the historic network in line with the standards observed on metro extensions and new lines;

- Better distribution/management of flows

The present framework agreement is a multi-attributable framework agreement, executed by issuing purchase orders for design missions. It is part of the station mechanisation project, currently in its third phase (wave 3), and concerns the existing metro stations, which will be selected progressively as the present framework agreement is implemented. The type, content and characteristics of the missions, as well as the commitments of the contractor, are defined in accordance with the following texts:
