The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system and the awarding of individual contracts within the announced DNS for the subject of the contract entitled: „Forestry activities in the cultivation process on OZ Východ, OZ Šariš, OZ Vihorlat, OZ Ulič“, which are classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) in the range of groups: Main Vocabulary 77230000-1 Forestry-related services

Further definition of the subject of the contract: Forestry activities in the cultivation process for the purposes of this public procurement represent a process including the execution of clearing areas of remnants after harvesting, preparation of the soil for forest renewal, forest renewal by planting or sowing, subsequent care for young forest stands, their protection against windthrow, game and their education by thinning and removal of unwanted trees from the stand for the purpose of their quality and stability. This basic care is supplemented by work in forest protection, aimed at prevention and direct defense against harmful factors, work on the removal of invasive plants and trees, other cultivation work, work on the preservation and reproduction of the gene pool of forest trees and work on maintaining the forest transport network for the needs of realizing cultivation activity. This is a professional activity focused on sustainable forest management in such a way and to such an extent that their biological diversity, resilience, productive and regenerative capacity, longevity and ability to fulfill the productive, social and ecological functions of forests are maintained. This is differentiated forest management, in which various natural, stand, economic, economic and social conditions and requirements are taken into account, applied in the preparation and implementation of the forest care program and procedures according to special regulations in the removal of the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen damage to forests.
