Romania – Microwave equipment – ACORD-CADRU DE FURNIZARE LINKURI DE MICROUNDE, INCLUSIV SERVICII DE SURVEY, INSTALARE, PUNERE IN FUNCTIUNE

The subject of the procurement consists in the supply of MICROWAVE LINKS, INCLUDING SURVEY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING SERVICES, for the procurement of equipment and related services for ensuring the communications necessary for the Romanian Customs Authority, as well as for the continuation of the modernization of the microwave network administered by STS. The technical details are presented in the descriptive documentation, while the complete technical specifications are detailed in Table SOC of the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Regarding requests for clarification concerning the descriptive documentation, these may be submitted from the date of publication of the award notice and at the latest 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate transmitted for the second stage of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. In this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely within a period which will not normally exceed 3 working days from the receipt of these, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 82, para. 3 of OUG nr. 114/2011.
