Germany – Electric buses – Beschaffung von bis zu 6 Niederflursolobussen und 1 Niederflurgelenkbus mit Elektroantrieb

The contracting authority intends to procure a total of up to 6 low-floor solo buses and 1 low-floor articulated bus (7 buses) with electric drive for the electrification of the bus fleet. The technical requirements and further service items can be found in the specification (Annex 6). The electric buses are to be used in public local transport. The final planning of whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses are needed and in which traffic they are to be used, has not yet been possible. Due to grant-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is tendering a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will, depending on the demand, call off at least 2 solo buses up to a maximum of 6 solo buses and 0 to 1 articulated buses from the framework agreement. There is no obligation for the contractor to accept more than the 2 solo buses from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 1 August 2027.
