The subject of the present public procurement is the supply and balancing of certain quantities of non-active electrical energy for the objects of the Municipality of Dulgopol, connected at medium voltage level, as detailed in the Technical Specification, from a licensed electricity supplier and coordinator of the standard balancing group. The subject of the procurement also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined taxes, grid services and excise duties. These will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In this regard, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 10 and the conditions of Article 20 of the EETR (Rules for Trade in Electricity).
