Germany – Building-cleaning services – 1706-JC-Unterhaltsreinigung

The BWI GmbH is considering awarding a framework agreement with one economic operator for each of five lots for maintenance cleaning of BWI's properties at locations in Leipzig, Cologne, Nuremberg, Hilden and Meckenheim through an Open Procedure. The estimated total contract value within the maximum total contract duration for all FIVE LOTS is EUR 2,288,013.00 net and the total upper limit EUR 3,432,027.00 net. Each framework agreement will have a duration of up to four years (24 months base duration, with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months each). There is no obligation on the part of the contracting authority to purchase.
